Drawing from years of gastronomic adventures across the UK and international dining scenes, I’ve now found my niche amidst the lush bounty of Somerset.  The County offers an abundant tapestry of pristine ingredients and it’s not expertise that drives me (I am not a chef), but sheer love for food.

Seasonal, passionate, sustainable, pioneering, local, historically-inspired, experimental, and at times, bordering on the whimsical—these words not only describe my culinary philosophy but also the very essence of who I am. I weave narratives of flavours, sometimes rustic and sensual, at other times theatrical and artistic, yet always fresh and accessible.
